The farmhouse is located between the hills and the fields of Tuscany, very close to Pisa and Florence airports. Its ideal position guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay enjoying an amazing view all around. It is available for events or just to spend a pleasant holiday.

Location

The privileged position on the hill offers a panoramic view of the surroundings, all the way to the sea.

The four wide apartaments are fully furnished in typical Tuscan style and can welcome up to thirty people.

Some of the main services offered are: holidays in apartments with free WiFi, parking and swimming pool and Events planning. The whole area is private and fully fenced-in to guarantee Customers' privacy.

Our cozy Gazeboes are suitable for any kind of event.

CATERING

A Catering service can be booked for Customers' events with a notice of at least 30 days in advance.

RENTAL

The whole MonteMari Farmhouse can be fully rented for Customers' special occasions.

PRODUCTS

At MonteMari is possible to taste and buy typical products, such as own-produced olive oil and wine.

About us

Rural home, main structure, pool, woods and olive groves, paths and terracings immersed in a 20.000 Sq.m park overlooking the enchanting Tuscan hills, allow to enjoy the typical views, the scents and flavours of this land, together with the possibility to quickly reach the most famous art cities, the beaches and the countrysides. The Farmhouse is the result of over twentyfive years of family dedication, and its "Podere" is the glory of the old Colleoli Farm. In 2006 the farmhouse hosted the filmmaker Paolo Virzì and his cast during the shooting of the movie "N - Io e Napoleone".

The main house is the farm's biggest building, which was renovated in 2005 to house the four apartaments. "La Mangiatoia", the old barn, hosts the reception at the ground floor, together with the exposition of typical Tuscan products. The Farmhouse has a 14x6m pool on a terrace that overlooks the whole Val d'Era Valley. All over the property you can admire several sculptures made with passion and creativity in different materials by Gaetano Forgione. Barbeque, tables, trails and children's games are all services available for our guests.
